1. How do I get started?
We are so happy that you are interested in joining the PinkSpoon Meal Prep Family! After viewing our current menu, you can pick your favorite meals in any combination. However, there is a 5 meal minimum to order. So, feel free to pick the meals that best suits your nutrition needs. If you have any questions during your ordering process send us a quick message. We are more than willing to assist.
2. Is there a deadline to place my order?
Yes, all orders must be placed by Thursday at 5PM for you to receive your meals on Sunday.
3. Do I have to choose from meal plan options?
No, we offer flexibility by allowing you to choose the meal options that cater best to your nutrition and budget preferences. However, there is a 5 meal minimum to submit you order.
4. How long will my meals last?
All meals, excluding salads will last up to five days. Please consume all salads within three days after delivery to ensure freshness. Be sure to keep all containers closed and refrigerated until you are ready to eat them.
5. How many calories are in each meal?
That is a great question! Meal macros will be added to the description of each meal photo. If for some reason macros are not listed, we are in the process of preparing that information to place on the site.
6. Is there a delivery fee?
The delivery fee for our primary delivery area is $6.99. Currently we are serving the Columbus, Ohio area. If you do not live within our primary delivery area, but are interested in ordering, please contact us and we can discuss your options.
7. When will I get my meals?
All meals will be delivered on the Sunday following your order date and will arrive between the hours of 6pm-9pm. Our drivers will text you when they are in route to your home. If for some reason you will not be at home, please notify the PinkSpoon Meal Prep Team via e-mail at Team@PinkSpoonMealPrep.com
8. Will my meals arrive frozen?
No, your meals are prepared and packaged fresh. They are kept refrigerated until they are in route to your home. Please place them into the refrigerator as soon as they arrive. If you would like to freeze your meals for later consumption, please transfer in to a freezer friendly container.
9. How do I contact customer service?
You can send an email to Team@PinkSpoonMealPrep.com 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Someone from the PinkSpoon team will contact you within 24 hours.
10. Is there an order minimum?
Yes, you must order a minimum of 5 meals when placing you order.
11. Can I change my order after I've already paid?
No, unfortunately we are unable to revise orders once they are submitted.
12. What is your refund policy?
We take customer satisfaction seriously and will handle refunds on a case by case basis. If you are unhappy with your order, please send an email to Team@PinkSpoonMealPrep.com and we will contact you as soon as possible.
13. Do you deliver to my area?
We currently are delivering meals to clients in the Columbus, OH area only. Here is a list of our primary delivery areas: Columbus, Dublin, Olentangy, Worthington, Westerville, New Albany, Gahanna, Blacklick, Grandview, Grove City, Obetz, Downtown Columbus, Short North, White Hall, Upper Arlington, Hilliard, Polaris, Lewis Center. If you are interested in ordering, but do not see your area listed, please contact us at Info@PinkSpoonMealPrep.com and we can discuss your options.
14. How do I heat my meals?
Each meal will have reheating instructions printed on the labels. Be sure to read all labels prior to preparing them. When in doubt, we encourage you to reheat your meals in 30 minute increments, in order to prevent overheating.
15. Where are your meals prepared?
All meals are prepared within a Health Department inspected and approved commercial kitchen. All meals are stored in a properly regulated refrigerator prior to being packaged up and delivered to clients.
